Vintage & Preloved Items

Please note that all our vintage items are preloved and may show signs of wear or minor imperfections due to their age. These unique characteristics are part of their charm and authenticity and should be expected when purchasing vintage pieces.
These features do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

Any major flaws or defects will always be clearly noted in the product description.

Returns & Exchanges

Reloaded London does not accept returns or exchanges on preloved vintage items.
Exceptions are made only in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The item is significantly not as described

If you experience either of the above issues, please contact us at info@reloadedldn.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and provide clear photographic evidence of any damage or discrepancy.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges for other preloved items.

Deadstock Vintage Items

We do accept returns and exchanges for our Deadstock vintage items under the following conditions:

Item Condition

  • Must be in original condition and unworn

Timeframe

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange

How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Email info@reloadedldn.co.uk with your order number
  • State your reason for return or exchange and confirm item condition

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must be shipped via a trackable shipping service

Approval & Availability

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll proceed with your exchange or issue a store credit if the requested item is unavailable
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be eligible

Original Designs

We offer returns and size exchanges for all Reloaded London original designs.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be unworn and in original condition

  • Let us know if you'd like a return or size exchange, and the reason

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • Use a trackable shipping method

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@reloadedldn.co.uk as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will gladly accommodate your cancellation request.
