Please note: that as all our items are vintage, they may exhibit signs of wear and minor imperfections inherent to their age. These characteristics are part of the charm of vintage pieces and should be expected. Please understand that these attributes do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

Any major flaws will be noted in the product description. 

Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations, kindly reach out to us via email: info@reloadedldn.co.uk at your earliest convenience. If your order has not undergone processing, we will promptly accommodate your cancellation request.

Return Policy on vintage/ preloved items.

Reloaded London does Not accept returns on preloved items. However, exceptions are made exclusively for items damaged in transit or significantly not as described. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to us at info@reloadedldn.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and provide clear evidence of any damage or discrepancies for our review and necessary action.

We do Not accept exchanges for other preloved items. 

Return & Exchange Policy for Deadstock vintage.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for our Deadstock vintage items. To ensure eligibility for an exchange, please take note of the following conditions:

  1. Item Condition and Tags:

    • Deadstock vintage items must retain their original vintage tags to qualify for an exchange.
    • The item should be in its original condition, unworn, and with the tags still intact.

  2. Timeframe for Exchanges:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

  3. Exchange Procedure:

    • To initiate an exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at info@reloadedldn.co.uk and provide your order number.
    • Explain the reason for the exchange and ensure the item meets the specified conditions.

  4. Shipping of Exchanged Items:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for an exchange.
    • Items must be sent with a trackable shipping service.

  5. Eligibility and Approval:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the stated conditions, we will proceed with the exchange process.
    • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit or alternative solution may be offered.

Please note that any signs of wear, damage, or removal of original vintage tags may disqualify the item from being eligible for an exchange.
